We want you to love your PEAQ pieces — and feel great in them. So we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Return Window

You have 21 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

 Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

We offer free exchanges within the UK. Just email support@peaqactive.com with your order number and what you’d like to swap. We’ll take it from there.

Returns & Refunds

To request a return, email support@peaqactive.com with your order number and reason.

We’ll guide you through the process.

  • UK Returns: Free via tracked service

  • International Returns: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
